Visa Issuance Procedure for Participants in IATF 2025

For individual participants: one-month single-entry tourist visa covering only the period of the event (valid from August 15 to September 15);

For exhibitors: business visa valid for 3 months with multiple entries;

For employees who are members of bank delegations traveling to Algeria multiple times for work meetings: business visa valid for 6 months with multiple entries.

II - VISAS ON ARRIVAL

In duly justified exceptional cases, visas on arrival will be issued in coordination with the competent services.

Conditions for Issuance

Any foreign national arriving on Algerian national territory is required to present themselves to the competent authorities, in charge of border control, with a valid travel document and a consular visa.

However, in case of emergency, the Border Police may exceptionally issue a regularization visa to a foreign national who presents themselves at a border post without a visa.

This measure applies to foreign nationals residing in countries without Algerian diplomatic or consular representations.

Required Documents:

• Visa regularization application form;

• Valid passport (valid for more than 6 months);

• Copies of passport pages showing personal information;

• Documents proving the request to enter Algerian territory (document confirming registration on the IATF 2025 platform);

• Payment of visa fees as set out in Article 48 of the 2025 Finance Law;

• Proof of accommodation in Algeria (hotel reservation);

• Return ticket.

To allow the participant to board a flight to an Algerian airport, any individual requiring a visa on arrival must carry a boarding authorization certificate issued by the competent services of our ministerial department.
