Célébration de la Journée Nationale du Chahid (Martyr) 18 février
The Embassy of Algeria in Hungary organized a commemoration stand of the National Martyrs' Day, which coincided with 18 February each year, in honour of our righteous martyrs who set the example in defending freedom and sacrificing their lives for Algeria's independence.
On this occasion, Mr. Mufti Yassin, Chargé d 'affaires a.i., recalled the enormous sacrifices made by the righteous martyrs, stressing the importance that must given to the national history and the need to teach it to the younger generations who have a duty to preserve Algeria's glorious past, thanks to which Algeria has become free, independent and sovereign in its decisions.
