Commemoration of Victory Day

The Algerian Embassy in Budapest, like the Algerian people, commemorates the 63nd anniversary of Victory Day, which falls on March 19 each year.
This day marked the announcement of the ceasefire after long negotiations led by the National Liberation Front delegation in the city of Évian, on the French-Swiss border.
